What's the difference between the faded sequins and the faded sequins?
The production principle of ink sequins and non ink sequins:
1. printing ink sequins are the color of the transparent PET coated ink, the color layer thick 6U (0.006mm), this process is called the ink sequins, after the weather changes color will fall, the sun will fade.
2. ink free sequins are to mix the color paste and PET raw materials into the machine and mix them together at high temperature.
A simple distinction between the discoloration of the sequins and the scraping of the surface with a blade
A, faded sequins: the ink layer thickness of printing is 8U, scraped with razor blade, and ink is separated from PET. After the weather changes, the color will fall off and the ultraviolet will fade.
B, non faded sequins: no ink color layer 150u, the whole is the color, with the blade scraping, the scraped slag slag is the color and PET without hair separation, the whole of the sequins are ground powder, powder is all color, no way to separate the color and PET. Outdoor is not afraid of heat expansion, cold shrinkage, high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance and anti-aging. This process is the same as color acrylic.
